This is an independent, non-commercial resource index. Inclusion is not an endorsement, certification, partnership or guarantee. Whether a resource applies to a particular situation is for readers and their clinicians to judge.
No hosting, no translation
This site does not host, cache or proxy third-party documents, and does not provide unauthorized translations of full texts, excerpts or figures. The localized interfaces and short index notes are our own writing, not translated editions of the source material. Rights in source materials remain with their holders.
External content changes
External pages are maintained by their operators; content, editions and availability may change after our review. We record the review date and scope. That is neither security certification nor a medical endorsement of the content. When a problem is found, the entry is withdrawn first and examined afterwards.
