What to report

Factual errors such as an incorrect title, edition, date, organization or scope; links that are dead, redirect unexpectedly, or lead somewhere inconsistent with the description; copyright or other rights claims; and anything that may affect reader safety.

How it is handled

This site is maintained by one person in their spare time, so a reply usually takes 30 calendar days or more. Action does not wait for the reply: where link safety or a possible rights infringement is involved, the entry is withdrawn before the review begins, rather than after we have written back to you. Withdrawal does not mean the claim is accepted or rejected; it reduces the chance of a reader meeting the problem in the meantime. We tell the person who contacted us what we found, and anything confirmed wrong is corrected on the affected entry itself.
